We ship perfumes to CANADA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HAITI and USA within 2 to 10 business days. Due to the current crisis caused by Covid-19 you may experience some delays in the shipment and/or delivery of your order. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

What are your delivery options?
Delivery time is only an estimate and becomes effective once order ships. We usually pack and ship your order within 1 business day.
All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After 3PM EST, orders will ship the following business day.

Where is my order?
If you are the person who placed the order, you should have received a confirmation email shortly after completing your transaction. Once the order’s shipping information is generated, we send another email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your orders and shipments by navigating into « MY ACCOUNT » or by going to our Order Tracking page. How do I track my order?
You can track your order directly from our Order Tracking page or you can navigate to « MY ACCOUNT » page available at the footer and the header of our website , select « ORDERS » then « TRACK ». You will be redirected to our tracking page that gives you all the details until your package is delivered to your door.
You will receive email notifications for the following Shipment Statuses:

We received your order and we are working to get it shipped to a carrier. It usually takes 1 business day.
– Shipped:
Your package is shipped and is on its way to your destination.
– Out For Delivery:
Your package is about to be delivered.
– Delivered:
Your package was delivered successfully.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quick as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance to our return policy once your order has been delivered to you.
What is your returns policy?
Purchases made at Yann Parfumerie can be returned with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase and the product returned must be unopened. Products returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges.
