This site contains descriptions of fragrances. We recommend always that fragrance is experienced on an individual’s skin before a purchase is made, and we take no responsibility for any fragrance purchase that you are not happy with.

Allergy/sensitivity warning
Perfume is potentially allergenic. We cannot be held responsible for any allergies or sensitivity or injury arising from the use of fragrances provided by Yann Parfumerie LLC. We do not recommend the wearing of perfumes of any kind in direct sunlight.
Flammability
Please be aware that fragrance is a flammable material. Always keep perfume bottles and samples well away from any naked flame. We cannot be held responsible for any fire resulting from products we have supplied.
Delivery destinations
We ship perfumes to Canada, Dominican Republic, Haiti and USA. Any orders which include fragrance products and specify other destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery times
We aim for you to receive your order within a week of placing it – Due to the current crisis caused by Covid-19 you may experience some delays in the shipment and/or delivery of your order. Kindly note that delivery in rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Payments
Payment for the order delivery can be made by credit and debit cards, by MonCash or by Gift Card.
By Credit Card
Customers paying with their credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China Union Pay) have to fill in their credit card number, the expiration date and the CVC code. By filling in these details, you confirm that you are the legal owner of this credit card, which will be debited directly for the order amount. Transaction on your credit card statement will appear in the name of www.yannparfumerie.com.

Customers located in Haiti paying in Haitian Gourdes have to follow below steps to pay with their MonCash account. You will be redirected to the Digicel MonCash button secure website to:
1. Enter your current MonCash account number
2. Enter your current MonCash 4-digit PIN
3. Enter the OTP (One time PIN) code received instantly on your phone to confirm the payment
By following these steps, you confirm that you are the legal owner of this MonCash account, which will be debited directly for the order amount. You will receive a confirmation SMS on your phone.
By Gift Card
The Yann Parfumerie Gift Card is a prepaid payment card. The Gift Card has a 16-character code. As soon as you enter the code in the coupon section in Shopping Cart. The Gift Card balance is applied to your order. If the amount on your Gift Card covers the value of the items in your Shopping Cart, then the amount is deducted from your Gift Card. If the amount on your Gift Card does not cover the total amount of the items in your Shopping Cart, then the amount on your Gift Card is applied to your order; at this point, you need to select another payment option to cover the remaining balance. Gift Cards are only redeemable on merchandize at www.yannparfumerie.com.
Terms of sale of products
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product or service and is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your order is accepted by us when we send email confirmation and/or a redirect to a webpage which provides details of how we have made that product or service available to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation email and/or web page redirect to you.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or be in possession of a valid PayPal account or be in possession of a MonCash account.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account or MonCash account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Yann Parfumerie retains the right to refuse any order request made by you.
If your order is to be supplied by a third-party we will confirm the identity of the party. Your order will be subject to their terms and conditions. Where a contract is made with a third party we are not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you.
Returns
Purchases made at Yann Parfumerie can be returned with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase and the product returned must be unopened in its original condition, including original packaging. Products returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges.
Gift cards purchase are final. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.
Pricing/Availability
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are generally inclusive of VAT and may include delivery charges; if delivery charges are over and above the price of purchase, such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Cancellations/change to order
